Absolutely! After gathering a few key details (such as dimensions, pictures of the space, timeline) we can provide a ballpark estimate over the phone.
For larger projects (any project we anticipate being more than $2,000), we also offer consultation appointments to dial in your estimate. The consultation appointment allows us to meet in-person, get a hands-on look at your project, look at material samples (if applicable), and dial in the scope of work for your project. In-person consultation appointments start at $295.
Yes and yes!
Given that Colorado does not offer reciprocity for General Contractor (GC) licenses, we have to hold a separate GC license for each city that we do larger projects in (such as remodeling work). We also carefully vet all of the subcontractors we work with to ensure they are also properly licensed and insured before bringing them on to any of our projects.
We carry General Liability Insurance with coverage of at least $1 million* (if the project we're working on warrants higher coverage, we will adjust accordingly)
Absolutely! We know how stressful moving into a new home can be, so we aim to make it as easy and stress-free as possible. We do this by helping with typical "new home projects" like hanging pictures and art, mounting TVs, giving rooms a fresh coat of paint, updating hardware throughout the home, and even kitchen/bath remodeling! We can help with just about anything you need to turn your new space into the perfect place.
Short answer: it depends!
Long answer: For larger projects (such as any remodeling), we recommend planning at least 2 months in advance. For smaller projects (such as half day projects) we can typically find time in our calendar to accomodate most timelines. Anything that will be at least a full day of work, we recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance.
For most of our repair services, you don't need to be home. Just let us know how to access the property and we'll be in and out while you're at work or running errands! For any remodeling projects, we'll need you to be home during any consultations/design appointments; aside from that, there is typically no need for you to be present during the work.
We have some clients that we've never even met in-person!
Whenever we have an outdoor repair on the calendar, we will be in contact the week before the work is scheduled to be completed. We always keep a close on the forecast for the week the repairs are scheduled, and in the event that there will be inclement weather, we will be quick to get your booking rescheduled for the next soonest available date with clear weather.
Absolutely! Naturally, home improvement and repair projects can be a bit messy from time to time; however, we take great precaution to keep your space as neat and tidy as possible during the project. Once your project is completed, we clean up any dust/debris and make it look like we were never even there! Upon completion of all remodeling projects, we will have our professional cleaners come through and make sure your entire home is clean and ready for you to enjoy.
